A group of young talent that went by the name OTR formed in late 1991 in the province of Varese. In less then a year, OTR released its first single Ragga no droga. Out of this early formation emerged a group of talented artists — Esa, Azza, Polare, DJ Vigor, Vez, and later, La Pina. In 1994, OTR release its first full CD entitled Quel Sapore Particolare. It was followed three years later with Dalla Sede. OTR and the Sede in Varese became a hot house for new talent, from Mayra to Sottotono. Both Mayra and Sottotono's Tormento are Esa's siblings. In 2000, the group morphed into Gente Guasta, with Esa transforming into Il Presidente and Polare becoming Polaroide. Their CD is called La Grande truffa del rap. Read more on Last.fm.
